The Opportunity:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the USA Destination Manager for South Asia business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales & operations related to study programs in the USA. This includes managing relationships with universities, driving revenue growth, ensuring excellent student experiences, and staying ahead of the competition.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Training: Provide comprehensive training to our sales team and recruitment partners on USA-specific processes, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote our study abroad programs.


  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with university representatives based in India, serving as the primary point of contact for collaboration and partnership opportunities. Also to build strong relationships with top recruitment partners for driving the top line & bottom line.  


  • Market Share Growth: Develop and execute strategies along with the regional sales team  to increase our market share in the study abroad segment, identifying key target markets and implementing initiatives to attract more students to our USA programs.


  • Competition Mapping: Conduct thorough analysis of the competitive landscape, monitoring competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform our own strategic decisions and stay ahead of the curve.


  • Revenue Generation:Drive revenue growth by managing the critical life cycle of student journey from I20’s to final enrollments. Demonstrate right practices in the field to upscale the business. 


  • Student Journey Optimization: Oversee the entire student journey, from initial inquiry to program completion with the support of USA specialists , ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.


What You'll be doing Everyday:


  • Manage a team of IRS ( international recruitment specialist /  professionals)


  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for IRS


  • Monthly Go To Market Strategies( GTM’s) ~ region specific & align sales folks & IRS 


  • Meet with University reps one-on-one fortnightly / monthly  to review performance, progress, and targets


  • Deliver deep performance reviews for each individual rep once or four per year


  • Coach individual sales representatives one-on-one through phone work and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales performance


  • Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly


  • Ensure that IRS train on AB platform / search engine for programs selection 


  • Plan and implement training programs


  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences


  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service 


  • Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for one or more sales territories


  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients


  • Track sales team metrics and share them with company leadership 


  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps


  • Collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plants



What you Bring to the Table: 


  • Experience in the Education Recruitment field.


  • Experience managing a sales team with a track record of quota achievement.


  • Experience with building and implementing a Go-to-Market strategy.


  • Having a successful track record of B2B sales.


  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving targets.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
