About the Role:
We seek an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing initiatives for one of our business verticals. As a seasoned professional with over three years of experience, you will drive the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across paid ad channels, including Facebook and Google.
The charter will include of:
Own the end-to-end management of paid social channels, overseeing campaign creation, optimization, and budget management.
Develop and execute SEM/Meta/Affiliates campaigns across various platforms to meet key performance objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align Digital Marketing strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and provide insightful reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulations in the paid social space, ensuring proactive adaptation to emerging trends.
Ideal persona would have:
3+ years of experience working on paid social channels, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools.
Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, capable of effectively liaising with cross-functional teams.
