What you will be doing

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: •    Facilitates implementation of enhancements or changes to existing monitoring and observability solutions, by helping translate business needs into functional requirements
•    Assist in keeping Infrastructure and Application Performance Monitoring agents up to date
•    Assist in analyzing and addressing vulnerabilities
•    Collaborate with internal groups to meet their monitoring and observability requirements
•    Assist in support and resolution of Incidents and requests for monitoring and observability
•    Assist in the creation and conformance to standards
•    Assist in the creation of documentation policies and guidelines
•   Follow corporate change management policies
•    Participate in team meetings
•   Escalates problems as needed to ensure timely resolution
•    Perform routine maintenance tasks
•    Look for and assist in automating routine tasks
•    Recommend changes/enhancements for improved solution availability, reliability and performance
•    Ensure documentation is developed and maintained
•    Perform other duties as assigned

What your background should look like 




















Experience & Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in IT Infrastructure design.
