Job Title: National Account Manager, Alternate Channel


Location: Mumbai


Job Description: Incumbent will be responsible for establishing the CSD/CPC Channel for Galderma India – by creating a winning G2M model; putting right SOP/ Process and deliverables in place. He will be responsible for setting the CSD channel and then delivering and maximizing sales, distribution, product visibility & display opportunities through leveraging the planned & resources & infrastructure for the CSD channel.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handling Government clients like Army Canteens & Police Canteens.


  • Coordinate with CSD Depots & ensuring SKUs in CSD, handling store merchandising, product promotion etc. & timely billing collection.


  • Maintaining healthy relationship with channel partners / distributors.


  • Developing & maintaining relationship with Officer level posts who are heading CSD depots.


  • Monitor Depot Fill Rate & stock Control from CFA to Depot & from Depot to URCs.


Skills & Qualifications :


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and Master’s degree in Marketing or Business or similar.


  • Work Experience 10+ years.


  • People leadership


  • Strong communication ; listening and negotiation skills


  • A high degree of strategic forward thinking.


  • Be experienced working within an Omni-channel or CSD business. Preferably should have handled / CSD/CPC or is currently handling such a profile.


  • Have a vast track record of successfully growing CSD channel performance as well as delivering on budget and long term strategy.


  • Have a key interest in the product and category they have worked with and have a great understanding of customer and market behavior and able to adapt to changes.


  • Be an exceptional senior stake holder manager, both internally and externally and able to influence and take people on a journey at all levels.
