Role Description

The role sits on the Global Activation & Enablement team which is part of Assets & Solutions group reporting to Accenture’s Chief Assets & Solutions Officer.

This is a full-time role in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights. The individual will work closely with various Activation Leads and cross-functional teams to translate Senior Leadership business requirements into effective reports, dashboards, and data models, to measure progress and help drive strategic decisions. Recipients of the reports and insights include Chief Assets & Solutions Officer, Market CEOs, Group Chief Executives, Industry/Function Leaders, etc.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the following in their job role:

• Drive data management and analysis efforts for the Global Activation & Enablement team.
• Evolve the analytics and reporting capability to identify, collect, organize, and analyze data for key activation and business metrics.
• Create insightful business reports / dashboards for Senior Leadership stakeholders.
• Incorporate new ways of working including automation of the reporting structure.
• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Asset Engineering, HR, Business Operations, etc.) to source data, develop models, and build scalable and automated dashboards (using Power BI)
• Highlight and address data quality issues while ensuring data security and privacy and compliance with Accenture’s policies and standards.

Required Work Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Should be familiar with data management practices, including data quality assessment, data integrity, data security and confidentiality
• Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and insight-driven approaches
• Exposure to building data warehouses & designing data architecture.
• Should have knowledge of dashboarding tools like Power BI.
• Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with multiple data sources, process large volumes of data and efficiently derive insights / actionable results.
• High energy and ability to adapt to an evolving operating model and changing ways of working.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Have a ‘results oriented’ and a ‘go get it done’ attitude.
