About the Role:
We are looking to onboard an operations manager who will actively monitor the funnel and help us set up processes to ensure student retention and scale the reach of our program offerings to aspiring students.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to ensure students are assisted at every level of the student journey
Actively Monitor the funnel : From Fees paid to Applications done and then to the final enrollment stage
Give timely feedback to the counselling team and ensure that student enrollment targets are achieved
Collaborate with a cross functional team, including Marketing, Loans and visas, Counselling and Student Success
Analyse the funnel data and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement
Optimise funnel movement of students from admission acceptance to deposit payment to fee payment stages through personalised follow ups by the counselling team, engagement campaigns and student information sessions
Liaise with University reps for students admission updates
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Operations
Team handling experience is must
Ability to define processes and manage operations
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing & Business
Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments
