Role


Procurement Program Specialist – Sourcing, support / drive spend related data management | compliance | analytics & insights | improvement initiatives. He/she will also run/support improvement initiatives along with the global / regional sourcing / PLP teams.


Your responsibilities


  • Work on weekly data for Taxonomy classification | Spend analytics & compliance


  • Analyze data and create insights to identify potential cost, delivery or quality improvement areas


  • Support strategic sourcing related KPI & other improvement initiatives


  • Support strategic sourcing / category team with required visibility on Spend | Performance | Compliance | Improvements across FLSmidth Locations and its suppliers


  • Support entities on various task related to Spend, agreements, supplier data etc.


  • Support / drive compliance in terms of spend with preferred suppliers, spend on agreements, payment terms, SIFOT etc..


  • Drive / support automation related activities pertaining to the category. If required, handle improvement initiatives independently


  • Support category related foundation elements [Commodity | Automation | Reporting | Dashboard development etc]


What you bring


  • Experience in powerBI is preferred.


  • Well-developed communication skills, both interpersonal and organizational


  • Rapid and thorough independent decision making and creative problem-solving skills.


  • Analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Organizational agility and awareness


  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel


  • Knowledge of ERP system (i.e., Oracle)Good planning and organizing skills.


Education Qualification


Bachelor’s Engineering degree from a reputed University Specializing in Mechanical Engineering.


Experience


7 to 12 years of experience in procurement.
