In order to turn ideas into prototypes, demonstrations and finally into products, the candidate needs to have a strong hands-on spirit. You will be working with exciting new sensor technology of one of the leading automotive radar suppliers.

Your Role
- Leads a team of System Engineers assigned to a Product Development project
- Estimate and plan system resources for product development.
- Maintain the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
- Prioritize, track, and ensure timely project completion within scope.
- Interface with customers on technical queries and system issues.
- Manage competencies, change requests, and system resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with APTIV processes and report on system activities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships; support project and release planning.
- Hold authority over all Product Systems Engineering decisions; modify SEMP
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or a comparable field of study.
- #EXP[12-18]
- 12+ years of experience in embedded Systems, Software or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in managing small engineering teams.
- Experience in the automotive industry with Experience in requirements engineering
- Strong systems knowledge in automotive products, vehicle integration, and communication networks.
- Proficiency in automotive infotainment systems; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- High personal responsibility, effective team-building, and experience in global development teams.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
