Project Manager - Full Stack / Crew Chief

Role Summary

To be part of the SWTS Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) and contribute to the development of business excellence projects. The position offers the opportunity to lead the development for a wide range of commercial and engineering tools associated with our chemical & monitoring solutions (CMS) business. While working with diverse teams comprising IT, R&D, product management, etc., the role provides opportunity to develop and deliver high impact solutions for our sales and product applications teams.

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations

• To work as the technical team lead for CMS business excellence projects while personally contributing on technical fronts and supervising activities of the co-workers.
• To coordinate with the CMS Business Excellence Portfolio Leader in preparing the portfolio backlog and executing on key milestones all the way through the completion.
• To own SCRUM ceremonies and lead agile development processes, metrics, and milestones
• To have complete ownership on robust technical delivery while ensuring adherence to modular and standard coding practices

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/EC/IT  or MCA or Computer Science 

Experience Required (Min – Max year)

• 8-10yrs of experience with frontend / backend development technology stack
• Experience leading teams and handling multiple projects
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Programming proficiency (JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, HTML, Python)

Desired Skills

• Capacity to understand technical concepts in water treatment systems and physio-chemical calculations
• Experience with chemical engineering or other technical engineering concepts
• Experience with AWS, JIRA
• UI/UX experience
• Passion for the environment
