Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US/UK/Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales for software services and solutions, with a minimum of 10 years of full-time experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of revenue generation through proactive sales and business development activities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall organizational growth.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through various channels such as research, networking, events, and conferences.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and meetings to showcase our products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver timely service quotes and proposals, ensuring efficient deal closure.
  • Utilize sales management tools and data to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and sales growth initiatives.
  • Drive captive business growth within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate enhanced relationships at the CxO level within target markets, fostering significant account growth.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain persistence, attention to detail, and adherence to processes throughout the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Exhibit strong customer orientation, organization, and time management skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably within the software services industry.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, manage the sales process, and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with sales management tools and techniques for maximizing sales performance.
  • Experience in the banking or financial sectors is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
