HMH, a leading provider of drilling solutions globally, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windchill Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Windchill solutions, ensuring they align with our business needs and technical strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and implementation of Windchill PLM solutions, ensuring they align with the company's business needs and technical strategy.
2. Provide technical leadership in the planning, design, and implementation of Windchill solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations.
4. Translate business needs into system requirements and design specifications.
5. Work with the development team to ensure the solution is implemented as designed.
6. Conduct solution testing and validation.
7. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Windchill features and technologies and provide recommendations for their application within our business.
9. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill implementation and usage. This includes the ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective solutions.
10. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms, and to gather and interpret business requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience (7+) working with PTC's Windchill PLM software, including experience in designing, implementing, and managing Windchill solutions.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing Windchill solutions.
4. Strong understanding of PLM processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
8. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
9. Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML.
