What will your essential responsibilities include?

The GSP (Global Sourcing & Procurement) team supports the AXA XL Operations by providing sourcing and Procurement services to the whole AXA XL organization (65 entities 25 countries). GSP is currently on an important transformation journey aiming to put in place all the key Procurement processes & tools to cover all the value chain of GSP, as P2P (Procurement to pay), Contract management, Vendor management, Spend management & Vendor Risk Framework management. In that context, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist. The role will be part of Tactical Buying team in the GSP organization.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

·Manage end to end sourcing & contract management activities.

·Tactical buying activities related to negotiations, compliance and stakeholder reviews.

·Reporting & Dashboards, including KPIs to monitor Procurement performance (savings, contract management & VRF (Vendor Risk Framework) compliance).

·Manage RFx/eRFx activities (RFI, RFQ & RFP)

·Monitor and check Compliance with VRF (Vendor Risk Framework focusing on Infosec, Data Privacy, Operational Resiliance and Reputation)

·Track, report & manage pipeline activities

·2 to 4 years of experience in Procurement functions leading to expertise on sourcing and contract management.

·Spend Analytics

·Stakeholder management

·Team player with a positive mindset

·Proven communication skills

·Complex problem-solving capabilities

·Ability to empower and influence

·Knowledge of SharePoint, COUPA, Ariba, Salesforce, SAP etc. would be an additional advantage

·Comfortable with reporting tools like PowerBi and advanced skill on Excel and PPT
