As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward greater focus on the use of data and data-driven insights, we are seeking a Senior Data Specialist I, Strategic Demand Management (SDM). In this role, you will contribute to the maturing of Data Delivery and Operations.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
·Aide in managing the intake of Client and or Insurance data demand requests by tracking via the ticket management system.
·Analyze and resolve Client and or Insurance data domain ad-hoc data requests.
·Help with coordination of data demand activities across various divisions within IDA / AXA XL / AXA organization when required.
·Contribute to the assessment of estimates as well as the creation of business cases.
·Promote continuous enhancements of demand intake processes across IDA.
·Assist in the preparation of demand metrics on key measures, promoting better decision-making by IDA leadership.
·Support SDM in planning, documenting, and implementing of process improvements associated with IDA data and business demand on an ongoing basis.
·Monitor the effectiveness of current processes and make recommendations that will improve operations and streamline processes.
·Instill a customer-first attitude, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders above all else
You will report to the Scientist, Strategic Demand Management line manager.

Desired Skills and Abilities:
·Proficiency in MS Excel (i.e., pivots) or reporting tools to generate metrics for understanding demand portfolio.
