We will count on you to:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis base on MMC Global blue print and design
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Prepare functional Specification documents and Configuration documents, User manuals, TE040 etc.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, support and guidance to team members
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements and align with MMC Global Design
• Performing user acceptance testing and training
• Updating and implementing MMC solution
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Provide post project implementation production support
• Implement and support ARCS Application
• Review monthly/quarterly Oracle ARCS Cloud application Release-notes and perform regression testing.
• Co-ordinate with development teams to arrange for defect fixes to ARCS data integrations

What you need to have: 

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 4 to 7  years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• At least 5 full oracle Release 12 implementation experiences and expertise on all financial modules including interface with other applications & 3rd party system e.g. revenue system, bank interface.
• Experience in Finance modules including General Ledger and SLA.
• Experience in ARCS application including ARCS Configuration, ARCS Cloud Data Management Integrations, ARCS Processes (such as period maintenance, Recs creations, profiles maintenance, creation/maintenance of Rec/matching Rules etc.)
• Experience with writing sql scripts to extract data from ARCS Cloud database using ARCS Reports/Dashboards
• Experience in bank reconciliation processes
• Experience in Data Conversion in Finance modules
• Advanced technical skills, oracle configuration and functional testing.
