Role Purpose
  • Speed Simplicity and Trust are the core values of Vodafone. All three values are to be demonstrated in whatever we do to our external and internal customers. 
  • The purpose of this role is to ensure proper governance around network logistics and manage logistics-related communications across all IBP local markets


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Responsible for E2E User acceptance testing for all enhancements in IBP Demand & Supply Planning. 
  • Should have excellent knowledge in IBP Techno functional.  
  • Responsible for creating and data readiness for testing in A* system. 
  • Support local markets for performing UAT and handholding in case of any clarifications, guidance to perform testing 
  • Performing negative testing apart from the scripts and validating field level of development.
  • Ensure timely closure of UAT and no delays in project release.
  • Coordinating with the project team on a resolution for  UAT issues and ensuring all issues are fixed.
  • Highlight opportunities for improvement in systems required during UAT.
  • Responsible for understanding the end-to-end process in enhancement and guiding Local markets SPOCs in case of gaps
  • Providing inputs for training materials to cover all steps in enhancement. 
  • Update defects in ALM tool and ensure timely fix
  • Helps to identify process improvement and optimization opportunities, best practices sharing across markets, and ensuring SCM processes complement one another and deliver value performance indicators: 
  • Effective testing
  • Meeting deadlines 
  • Smooth stabilization of IBP Projects
  • Results of initiated and implemented process changes 
  • Contribution to the team’s knowledge base 


Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
  • Excellent knowledge in IBP Demand & Supply Planning SAP tool
  • Must have at-least 2-3 years of relevant experience in reputed organization
  • Should have exposure in working with logistics or warehouse operation
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure a transparent representation of the results, processes and procedures and the ability to provide insights using graphical representation
  • Good management skills and preferably experience in a complex and changing/dynamic operating environment


Should have technical/professional qualifications:
  • Postgraduate or Graduate in Computer Application, 
  • Should be an expert in presentation skill
  • IT technology knowledge (SAP transactions, EVO, experience in SAP or web-based system development and integration) added advantage
