Roles & responsibilities

Role Purpose :


Govern all changes to the Core Business Model (CBM) impacting Human Resource Management (HR). Partnering with the HR digital road map to bring innovation and competence within HR processes. Ensure CBM is maintained, published and validated and that errors and non-compliance are highlighted and addressed. Analyse process conformance and performance and highlight opportunities for improvements.


Key accountabilities : 


  • Own and manage end-to-end the functional governance framework as key deliverables to ensure functional objectives and initiatives are effectively monitored, with Vodafone Process. Management Methodology.
  • Develops, delivers and advises on processes and activities for the delivery of business change/transformation programmes, for driving efficiencies and reducing waste across the business
  • Approve or reject change requirements (demands) impacting HR Core Business Model as part of the EVO Demand Management Process.
  • Partnering with the HR digital agenda for bringing innovation and competence in the HR processes.
  • Advocates the Process Improvement model, acting as the gatekeeper for maintaining integrity in the processes, its documentation, and enabler for change management methodologies, which interact across functions. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional process team for those changes which has possible impact across others function and processes, ensuring changes are approved subject to proper impact assessments and alignment.. 
  • Ensure changes to HRM CBM process changes are aligned to Global Policy, Vodafone Strategic, Transformation and Change objectives, Risks and Controls.
  • Making sure that privacy is embedded in the process design, securing compliance with GDPR rules (privacy by design).


Skill & Qualification Requirement
  • HR Professional Qualification (e.g. CIPD) or equivalent work experience
  • Process Management qualification (e.g. Six Sigma) or equivalent work experience.
  • Hand on Experience in all the Employee Journeys.
  • Strong HR Transformation experience.
  • Strong understating on Process Governance Methodology.
