What you will do...
Leading a team comprising full-time employees, in-house consultants and external freelancers
Managing projects that are part of the larger program/product deliverables pertaining to the company's work
Reviewing content that has been created by team members and providing insightful feedback to enhance the quality of content created
Hiring new team members (as we are in the process of building the team)
Mentoring team members and/or onboarding new team members/consultants
Who you are...
Excellent subject knowledge of mathematics (K-12 level across syllabi - exposure to the USA Common Core would be a bonus but is not mandatory)
Prior experience in educational content creation for mathematics for a minimum of 4 years
Led projects/teams for a minimum of 3 years and operating with high degree of ownership
Ability to critically analyse assessment and learning content - knowledge of items and how they related to Bloom's taxonomy, topics, skills and sub-skills is mandatory
Ability to collaborative across internal teams (content, design, product, technology) and external stakeholders (consultants, freelancers etc.)
Ability to multitask efficiently to ensure the overall health of the project
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
