We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles within the organization. The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels and recruitment tools to identify top talent for the organization
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Developing sourcing strategies to attract and maintain top talent. We love new ideas and we are eager to hear yours!
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Hiring elusive candidates, coaching hiring managers to improve the offer acceptance rate, and full-cycle recruiting in its entirety

Preferred Qualifications
4-8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization
Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
