Roche is using the entire spectrum of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management across Strategic Planning (APM Goals Framework, Investment Funding, Capacity Planning), Enterprise Agile (SAFe, Agile, Digital Portfolio Management), Project Portfolio Management (all modules of PPM including Demand Management & Resource Management). You would be responsible for the long-term architecture and health of these solutions across a number of internal organizations.
Your key responsibilities:
Designing solutions according to enterprise standards
Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement
Research, evaluation, proof of concepts and adoption of new technologies
Designing non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code
Developing architectural strategy and roadmaps
Seeking opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes
Experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications
Your qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant experience (software development, integration, architecture design)
3+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas/technologies:
ServiceNow (especially PPM, APM, Agile, SAFe, ITFM, SPM)
SaaS products, platforms
Integration with other systems (e.g. SAP)
Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)
Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus
Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire
Analytical, logical problem-resolution skills
Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment
Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
