Join a team that is elevating our strategy to drive advanced analytics and visualization tools across the Commercial enterprise. In this role Sr Data Analyst - Commercial you will collect, process, and interpret data to derive and communicate meaningful insights that support decision-making processes, improve efficiency, and guide strategic planning. Accomplishing this will require close collaboration with stakeholders to develop visualization tools that leverage analytics to transform data into compelling guidance on key trends and issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively assess current capabilities and needs to identify areas of opportunity, proposing analytics solutions that align with core strategy and operation.
·Design, develop, and deploy information products, supporting visualization and data accessibility in a user-friendly, customer centric manner.
·Perform complex data analysis and generate insights from various data sources to support decision-making.
·Train users in extracting, interpreting, and applying insights from information products.
·Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy and roadmap.
You Must Have
·Five or more years of relevant experience in Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), Statistical Data analysis or related technical activities.
·User experience mindset, including the generation of insights to ‘drive’/ ‘design’ visualizations and infographics to distill complex information.
·Expert in scripting and querying languages such as Python, SQL, and others
·Skills in using libraries for creating visualizations using Python (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
·Understanding of Descriptive Statistics and proficiency in hypothesis testing and interpreting results.
·SFDC business/ technical knowledge
·Experience in Snowflake
·Knowledge of Agile development methodology
·Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to interact with customers and peers.
·Passion for data and its potential to drive business impact.
