JD – Talent Acquisition Partner – Leadership Hiring
Position Overview
Accenture is seeking a talent acquisition specialist to identify top talent for our most critical Leadership mandates. You will be responsible to source, attract and hire industry leading talent for Accenture, prioritize and delivering in line with organization priorities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to deliver for hiring needs at leadership levels supporting the end-end recruiting process – source, attract and hire
- Collaborate with our executive leadership on their most critical leadership hiring needs and be responsible for the development of the search strategy, talent engagement and attraction, hiring processes, candidate experience, stakeholder management
- Provide insights on talent market, develop leadership pipeline and seamless candidate experience through the process of hiring
- Lead and prioritize diversity sourcing efforts to ensure we build diverse talent pipeline to deliver on Accenture’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. Shape how we can continue to improve diversity at our leadership levels
- Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Be an ambassador of Accenture, understand and articulate our company vision, strategic direction and role specifics, whilst building knowledge of our competitor ecosystem
Requisites:
- Prior end to end leadership hiring experience, either in an executive search firm or in-house Leadership Hiring team
- Possess outstanding research and talent search skills, strong network, experience with managing stakeholders at leadership levels
- Experience working with recruiting application systems
- Passionate about diversity & inclusion and dedicated to engaging, attracting and networking with diverse leaders
- Effective at strategic thinking and problem solving within a fast-paced environment and have persuasive verbal and written communication to influence at all levels
