We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female Tele Callers fluent in Malayalam to join our dynamic team. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels and requires excellent communication skills in both Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven and adaptable to changing customer needs.

• Engage with customers via live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  
• Modify sales pitches according to customer feedback and demands.
  
• Maintain and update customer contact information databases accurately.
  
• Deliver tailored suggestions that meet the requirements of consumers.
  
• Facilitate a smooth experience for customers by directing opportunities to the relevant department for further action.
  

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and presentable English.
  
• Any graduate degree.
  
• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  
• A sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
  
• Proficiency in managing multiple communication channels effectively.
  
• Capability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and platforms.
