Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Workday to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions to meet the business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday architecture, integrations, and customization capabilities. The Workday Integration Consultant is a key role in our Workday team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our customers Workday production systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient Workday solutions. Provide technical leadership in the design and support of Workday configurations, customizations, and integrations. Configure and customize Workday modules based on business requirements. Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between Workday and other systems, both internal and external. . Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. Execute deployment-related activities for a variety of clients including, but not limited to, business process design, unit testing and solutioning, and implementation support Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT, to ensure the successful integration of Workday solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on Workday functionality. Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, providing recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations. Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies that complement the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years relevant Workday experience configuring and deploying in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment.
• Strong experience or certifications (including pro) in Core HCM and at least two or more of the following modules Integration.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. We will consider non-certified experienced candidates, but will require them to get certified within 12 months (UST is a certified Workday partner, so can maintain and add certs)
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead with a focus on Workday.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, and integration capabilities. Experience in leading and managing Workday implementations.
• Proficient in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and calculated fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Workday HCM and Financials expertise.
• Integration experience with tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and third-party middleware. Strong communication skills and experience working with global client teams in US, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated experience with Excel and PowerPoint to support the Workday deployment toolset and methodology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management and leadership abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
