I will be writing my success story from another view point, as an employer not a jobseeker. I am working for this huge industrial company JAFCCO, they needed to employ candidates for the head office. I truly suffered convincing our admin. team that Bayt.com works and will give us the chance to choose people from a huge database of CVs. Bayt.com's database offers a wide range of professional people and most important at a less cost than other means of advertising besides that it serves you longer.

Finally the administration gave me the approval to use Bayt.com for our recruitment needs, in one condition, if we don't find proper candidates through Bayt.com, we will never use it again. And here we are, we used it again to post 2 other vacancies, using Bayt.com saved a long time of filtering unsuitable CVs.

Saving this time and choosing the high qualified CVs from Bayt.com database definitely increased my productivity and performance at work. I got lots of cheers from my admin team. This was really a successful experience for me.

Well... I am going to give you a short description of the best experience of my life with Bayt.com. I really didn't trust any site before this experience. I take care of my CV on Bayt.com by keeping it updated on regular basis. One day I received an email from a head hunter stating that my CV was found in Bayt.com's data base and I am contacted for a position in Beverage Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I come from Pakistan and was working as Plant Operations Manager with PEPSI. The Head hunter got my first interview and the same day I was interviewed by KSA people. After wards I was given an offer which I accepted and in a month's time I switched to the new job and am extremely happy with my current position. كنت أعمل بوظيفة مدقق حسابات بأحد مكاتب التدقيق الكبرى بالقاهرة - مصر وحصلت على عرض للعمل بإحدى الشركات بدبي وبالفعل سافرت واستلمت الوظيفة في سبتمبر 2006

My name is James Ivan Datan, 26 years old from Manila, Philippines. I was an advanced customer service representative for a multinational company back home and I've worked for more than 3 years in the call center industry.
