BUSINESS DEVELOPER PSE – Project & Specification Engineer Job

Based in RIYADH, the PSE will be covering RIYADH area; and will be assisted by the Project Business & Specification Manager - Middle East Area, and the KSA full team in order to accomplish his mission.
The BD will deploy and manage the company’s specification full
model, processes and activities among different specs target groups, in order to secure and develop the company’s business in construction projects.

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

•Mapping all projects under design and under construction in the region.
•Processing and managing project portfolio.
•Reviewing/Determining the Façade Concept i.e. architectural specs.
•Reviewing /Determining Motors & Controls Specifications.
•Tendering & Post-Contract.
•Develops business development strategies, and creates annual business development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue.
•Identifies new market segments and recognizes opportunities for business development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, gains agreement for investment, resources and actions required for these developments.
•Prioritizes market segment development activities and sets revenue targets.
•Monitors all market development activities to ensure that they are in line with company’s business aims.
•Authorizes any promotions associated with market development activity.
•Measures performance against agreed objectives and undertakes remedial action where appropriate.
•Sets and measures overall performance standards for market segments and provides leadership to ensure targets are met.
•Works with other business developers to optimize market segment opportunities.
•May manage and maintain client relations while realizing renewals

Role Objective:

Sales Account Manager (IT \ Technology) Job - iHorizons

- Job Summary -

The Account Manager (AM) is in charge of managing and developing business relationships with existing iHorizons customers at various levels of seniority, with the objective of assuring customer satisfaction and hence growing the business with each client through up-selling and cross-selling. This is during both project implementation and post implementation
.
In addition, the AM manages the bidding part of the sales cycle for opportunities handed out by the company.
This role is very relationship-based, and focuses on maintain a close, healthy relationship with clients. The AM strives to be the clients' consultant for all their IT needs.
This role does not have any sales quota, but is expected to successfully renew all existing annuity contracts with their clients and sell them new services. Compensation is focused on salary, and on yearly bonus based on success in the objectives above.

- Functions and Responsibilities :-

# Customer Account Management
The AM is the main point of contact for customer accounts assigned to him/her, and is responsible for maintaining all account management activities, including:
•Own the overall customer satisfaction
•Thorough understanding of the history of our relationship with the customer. This includes:
o Full understanding of all current and old contracts signed with the customer
o Complete knowledge of the services we provide and the cost structure
•Maintain a personal and close relationship with key staff at the account and be in continuous touch with them. This includes physical visits to customers’ premises at least on a weekly basis, and meets with clients after hours in casual settings whenever possible.
•Monitor the overall quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery, and take preemptive actions when necessary.
•Carry out necessary activities to ensure renewal of annuity contracts and increase of business volume with clients
•Maintain an updated Sales Account Strategy for each account
•Follow up on payments and initiate future payment procedures as early as possible to contribute to enhancing company cash flow. See Accounts Receivable.
•Maintain and update the Customer File for each client, which includes copies of contracts, proposals, letters, delivery notes, invoices etc.
•Maintain contract ending dates and take preemptive actions when necessary
During project implementation, AM coordinates with the project implementation team, primarily the Project Manager at a high level, and updates or escalates to the Country Manager whenever necessary. Activities start from the project kick-off meetings until final project sign-off. This includes attending project meetings extensively and monitoring customer level of satisfaction during implementation, and taking proactive measures to assure and maintain that satisfaction.
Post implementation, AM keeps in touch with the client on areas like customer support, operational services, or any other running engagements.

# Bidding Process:

The AM manages the bidding part of the sales cycle for opportunities handed to him by management, from new customer inquiries, or from existing clients, in cooperation with the bidding team, and be responsible for the accuracy and quality of the end proposal and bid package. AM follows up with clients and acts on successfully winning submitted bids.

# Other Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with Marketing Communications Coordinator on identifying and executing marketing opportunities
•Use iHorizons CRM to log and update all activities, and generate sales reports
•Update own client pages on iHWiki

SUMMARY:

Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Follow-up for collection of payment.

Functions:

The Position: To support the ongoing development and implementation of Skywards, Emirates' Frequent Flyer Programme and its related activities, including communications, events, monitoring of KPIs, the competition and the industry.

Job Outline:

Work with Skywards Programmes Managers to research and develop new promotions/communication methods, in order to ensure the programme stays innovative, exceeds customer expectations and is used for benchmarking in the industry.

Manage day-to-day co-ordination with key stakeholder departments across the airline to ensure deployment of programme benefits and offers, develop related processes, training and communications for members.

Monitor EK outstation activities and support EK them in maximising use of the Skywards programme and data.
