<description>&lt;p&gt;JOB PURPOSE: &lt;br /&gt;To coordinate with HR-KSA all administrative HR related processes such as employee leaves,  salaries,  recruitment,  and training,  and to maintain employee records and data. &lt;br /&gt;To ensure all Banks employees are familiar with internal policies and procedures. as well with their entitlements,  rights and obligations. In addition to provide assistance and grant employees requests. &lt;br /&gt;To perform the PR and market survey duties for competitors offering,  in addition to acting as a coordinator between the Kuwait office and Saudi for any Administration &amp;amp; Engineering needs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: &lt;br /&gt;I. 	Department Formulation &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Contributes to the formulation and Implementation of the HR strategy and plans as befitting the department and business line needs and objectives. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Compliance &amp;amp; Control &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Ensures Banks Compliance with CBK regulations In employment issues. &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Participates In external committees representing the Banks interests for related Issues. &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Coordinates all administrative investigations,  in reference to allegations of fraud,  misconduct. excessive absenteeism,  or any other employee derived problem. requiring Investigation and disciplinary action. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HR Operations &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Ensures employee Policies &amp;amp; Procedures Orientation handbook (manual) is updated and on line in the Intranet. and all Information are available and communicated to all Banks employees &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Ensures the existence. maintenance and constant update of a state of the art computerized employee filing system &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Following up health Insurance and benefits of company's staff and their families&lt;br /&gt;	• 	Maintain and update the human resources management system (HRMS) and prepare various &lt;br /&gt;		HR related reports and providing system support to Human Resource software. &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Calculate and release payroll and benefits and deduction nsts In coordination with the company's &lt;br /&gt;		accountant and ensure accurate record keeping. &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Calculate and administer PIFSS of Kuwaiti employees &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Prepare various service letters &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Prepare and circulate various communication circulars and Internal memos. &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Monitor the attendance system and prepare various reports on employees punctuality &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Maintain and update employee records and personnel file &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Preparing the Annual Leave salary statement and Indemnity Statements. &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Administers all termination procedures,  clearance and exit compensation. as well as the various cases of leave of absence. employee end of service entitlements &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Training&lt;br /&gt;	• 	Administer training activities In relation to registrations and cancellations of training nominations &lt;br /&gt;		and maintain accurate training history records of staff &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Updating and follow up for training Conference Expenses. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recruitment Coordination &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Preparing Job Offer letter and Probation period completion letter. &lt;br /&gt;	• 	Prepare employment contracts &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marketing Coordination.
