Maintains and ensure prompt implementation of the existing credit policy and track deviations (if any).

Thorough understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite. Experience with IGPs/EGPs as well as switching/bridging and the associated knowledge for implementation and troubleshooting of WAN links.
Excellent technical problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
Develop and implement industry standard support techniques and methodologies to ensure efficient utilization of IT infrastructure systems and resources.
Multi-vendor experience is a plus (Checkpoint, Sonicwall, Juniper, etc.)
Experience with network monitoring and packet sniffing applications.

About the Job:

We are looking for Accounts Executive to join our Retail Finance team based in Dubai.
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and reviewing non-merchandise payments to vendors/service providers

- Preparing and reviewing the payroll for retail companies in UAE and Non-UAE locations

- Preparing and verifying all travel advances for proper authorisation and that the calculations are as per the company policy

- Ensuring timely reconciliation and settlement of travel advances given to the employees

- Ensuring that relevant operating and financial information is prepared in detail and discussed with the supervisor for management reporting

- Constantly monitoring and maintaining the book of accounts (G/L, sub ledger)

- Scrutinising and preparing G/L schedules for line manager' s review

- Ensuring that the inter company module transactions are processed accurately on a regular basis for all inter company transactions

- Periodically reviewing an insurance covers taken for the various brands of the business to ensure that all the areas are covered under insurance

- Analysing and comparing the insurance premiums of various brands and ensure proper justification of any additional expense

- Ensuring timely submission of all insurance claims to prevent any delay in settlement

- Preparing and reviewing the expense budget for the Retail Division Office and monitor the actual expenses on a monthly basis against the budgeted expense

- Interacting with and providing an assistance to internal/external auditors to facilitate completion of audits
