Work in cooperation with the Medical Investigation Unit to investigate any matters of external fraud against the Company. Main Duties Assess all possible cases of fraud and abuse referred from the Medical Investigation Unit to identify their legal implications Assess and utilize information from claims data analysis, insured members and employees Assist in investigations or onsite audits to gather and analyze data Document and file all records related to potential or actual cases Advise external counsel if required, on any civil cases Update senior management on any new cases discovered and keep them informed at all times File any new cases of fraud or abuse with HAAD in coordination with the Medical Investigation Unit Work with Internal Audit and HR on matters of internal fraud, where required

Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Audit Manager to be based in their Riyadh offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare an Audit calendar in consultation with the team
• Developing a comprehensive audit plan that ensures all functions of the company are satisfactorily audited over a period of time
• Prepare the Audit procedure/ checklist
• Preparing written audit reports for the management of the company
• Day to day oversight of ongoing audit assignments
• Regularly reviewing company policies and procedures and ensuring that they comply with local regulations and best practice
• Working with management to ensure that audits are carried out with minimum disruptions to the business but with maximum thoroughness and efficiency
• Conduct/Coordinate with third parties, for mystery audits of the stores
• Identify the gaps and discrepancy in the business
• Prepare and maintain audit checklists and reports
• Compile a monthly report (strength, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) and submit to the top management
• Submit an action plan to improve the business
• Plan and coordinate the internal audits for all the processes

Our Client, a Multi-National Insurance company is looking to recruit a Property & Casualty Manager -International Business and Statistics to be based in Dubai

Responsibilities:
The job holder will support the Regional Commercial Offering Department in the development and execution of the tactical monthly and annual plans to deliver the Commercial Offering underwriting strategies across region. In doing so the job holder will produce reports at regular intervals to eanble the department monitoring risk exposures, volatilities and pricing.
The job holder will be responsible for gathering statistical data and providing support/guidance to branch underwriting/technical teams to effectively implement the underwriting approach of the Commercial Offering department.
The job holder will use level 2 authority for providing technical supports and clarifications to branches although may not be required to be involved in regular underwriting for using the authority.
The job holder will support the Regional Commercial Offering team in day to day underwriting matters by following up directly with clients/brokers whenever required to gathering technical information and providing them with the summary of the case for the ease of decision making.
The job holder will prepare and maintain prospecting business database, market intelligence reports and assist/support the branch business development teams for targeting suitable accounts/business within the international reverse flow business segments.
To assist in projects for new products and system improvements as and when required.
