Major Purpose:

General Summary

The representative is ethically responsible for the Medical Promotion for assigned pharmaceutical products. He/She is accountable for achieving the sales for his/her territory as approved in the territory business plan to targeted physicians both in the institutional and private sectors.
Job Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

1- Arranges appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments.

2- Increases sales and market share of Eva Pharma Products (according to the Line) through effective territory management and sales execution.

3- Follows up with various pharmaceutical sales channels.

4- Develops and implements plans (e.g., territory, account and call) that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources.

5- Establishes strong relationships with a broad base of health care constituents (e.g. physicians, private hospitals, pharmacies, teaching hospitals, targeted community hospitals, and community offices, etc) through one-on-one sales presentations, group discussions and medical meeting exhibits.

6- Develops and implements creative strategies in key accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

7- Maintains daily a sound reporting system to ensure the optimum communication of all information concerning physicians, hospitals and pharmacies to his/her District Manager.

8- Manages allocated resources (samples, promotional and educational materials) to maximize return within regulatory and ethical guidelines.

9- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.

10- As assigned, make calls on retail pharmacies and other special customers.

11- Keeps detailed records of all contacts, which may involve database management

12- Regularly attends company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.

13- Adheres to all corporate compliance policies and guidelines.

Objective: This position will be responsible for leading functional and process facets of SAP implementations by applying industry knowledge and SAP software functional product knowledge.

A Business Process Consultant may share some project management responsibilities and provide leadership to the client team to ensure a successful project.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the definition of Business Process Management (BPM) projects objectives, scope, organization, timelines, and overall approach
• Mainly focus on process development activities, but will work across the process lifecycle.
• Facilitating process management teams, using appropriate process methods and tools within a structured or defined environment, such as team meetings etc…
• Collecting, analyzing and documenting requirements from process owners, understand the BU's (functions and programs) processes and use established document control procedures and guidelines to complete assignments.
• Supports efforts to eliminate and/or consolidate process documentation.
• Assists in applying process standards, guidelines, methods and tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams focused on single business processes with limited integration/impact with other processes (through Value Stream Mapping, appropriate application of Employee Involvement methodologies, or facilitation of workshops aimed at process improvement planning and follow-up.
• Ensure follow up and resolve issues arising from BPM workshop sessions.
• Work with various levels of management to effectively contract and/or charter project, design a process workshop based on TPMC BU requirements and objectives, and disseminate information to affected parties.
• Assist with and/or present improvement reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation. May assist with developing process standards, guidelines, methods and tools. Provides support to teams to work within, integrate with or improve the existing process architecture.
• Manage the transition from as-is current business practices to to-be future business practices. Identify process optimizations, enhancements and control points.
• Work side-by-side with SAP specialists to apply SAP best-practice standards and ensure optimum automation of business process within TPMC ERP (SAP)
• Provide a focal point for the Client Business Process Team users of the system for functional advice and coaching
• Assist with the documentation of TPMC policies & procedures
• Escalate BPM project’s issues to the Internal Audit Manager that cannot be resolved within his/her sphere of influence and/or authority
• Assist the client Business Process Owner to develop the strategy and plan the work required by the Business Process Team to support business process implementation
• Maintain a good understanding of Business Process in the areas of pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmaceutical sales and distributions, Finance, merchandising, inventory management, warehouse management, store operations, planning/forecasting, replenishment, pricing.
• Implement and maintain a system of measure and controls including KPIs / SLAs that will ensure that company operations are more efficient and its assets are adequately safeguarded.

Required Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, mathematics, Engineering, Science, or equivalent analytical degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel skills is a MUST. ICDL Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Business Process Design tools (ARIS, IPPM, etc…) is a MUST
• PMP Certification is a plus.
