Field Service Engineer Job - Honeywell

The purpose of this position is to perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature. Performs or provides counsel on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) beyond the capability of other Service technicians. FSE II may provide technical training, coaching, and work direction to other Service engineers and technicians and subcontractors. FSE II programming and engineering capabilities should also be superior and specific in nature to warrant the leadership level.

The company has established a manufacturing facility for Kitchens, Doors and wardrobes based in the Kingdom of Bahrain to cater for the GCC market. Company has been beefed-up by the purchase of latest technology machineries and a strong technical team to execute received orders.

The company is looking now to recruit immediately a Production Manager with a proven track record in Joinery, Carpentry and wooden finished products industry. Candidate would be entrusted to lead the production department. The role is made to attract unique and exclusive profiles with strong experience in handling planning of production and coordination for the projects undertaken.

Responsibility for the overall management of the work activities including planning, scheduling, setup, safety standards and quality assurance and implementing production scheduling, delegating, coordinating and carrying out the overall production activities to ensure the highest level of productivity and product quality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide leadership, direction and work delegation to all immediate subordinates
• Planning and ensuring all production plans and deadlines are adhered to
• Studying drawings and specifications and prepare material estimate for new orders
• Prepare material scheduling requisition documents and follow-up on requests and deliveries with stores for Material Requirements and delivery Schedule
• Plan daily production based on overall monthly production plan
• Responsible of all production activities including proper distribution of resources and instructions to all factory workers regarding productivity and quality improvement
• Ensuring continuous interaction and information exchange with production department and supervisors for day to day activities
• Ensuring that the daily production report (daily accomplished work by each fabricator and actual production output of the plant) has been prepared by the supervisors
• Responsible of scheduling maintenance planning according to projects progress
• Responsible of contacts and coordination with clients, supervisors and other departments to ensure fabrication and installation schedules are met
• Responsible for all installation schedules and requirements including site preparation, safety standards and onsite work progress
• Effectively addressing customers complaints
• Responsible of preparing, submitting and presenting periodical projects progress
• Expected to attend all site meetings, consultants and clients meetings and to discuss all pertinent projects related issues at such meetings
• Participate in the Employee’s performance evaluation processes
• Perform other duties as required to support the activities and initiatives of the company.

Cost accountant Job

1. Provides monthly rolling forecasts of each major contract’s financial performance (P&L, working capital, cash flow).
