The Sales Engineer will be a part of the design and engineering department in our Jeddah office.
The Sales Engineer will be a part of the team dedicated to the design and construction of data center, computer room, structured cabling UTP, fiber optics including active network components and other mission critical projects. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for Networking & data center project management and design services from concept through commissioning including planning, programming, criteria development, load growth models, capacity planning, support infrastructure analysis, and recommendations, as well as design and specifications.

About the Job:

We are looking to recruit an Electrical Technician - Power Generation Equipment to join our FAMCO team in Qatar.
Key functors and accountabilities of this role include

- Development of service packages and markets these effectively to end users thereby generating additional work for the workshop and incremental parts sales as well.
- Establish the rate cards for service packages (contracts) and provides these to the T&B team when required.
- Developing and maintaining vehicle rolling stock in coordination with the Parts sales team.
- Recommending specifications for stock equipment and follow up with Body Builders to ensure proper fitment of accessories
- Coordinating with workshop managers and ensuring that requested repair quotations are sent timely to customers.
- Recommending technical training requirements for technicians to the National Service Manager .
- Advising any change required on stock specifications and recommends the same to the Divisional Manager.
- Advising parts departments on any specific stocking requirement related to parts of new products.
- Providing market information on competitive activities (like labour rates, update on service organisation etc)
- Regular interaction with the customer to inquire on product performance and offers timely assistance in the resolution of all queries thereby maintaining a healthy and profitable relationship between the company and the customer.

11) القيام بالاتصال بالعملاء في حالة وجود أعطال فنية بعد التنسيق مع قسم قطع الغيار.
12) متابعة وتسليم العملاء أصحاب الدراجات والمعدات المنتهية(جديدة/ مستعملة).
13) إنشاء تقرير أسبوعي من قبل الصيانة حول ما تم إنجازه للعملاء من أعمال بالنسبة لمتابعة خدمات ما بعد البيع للدراجات الجديدة وتقرير متابعة للدراجات المتأخرة ونتيجة الاتصال بهم.
14) الاهتمام بمظهر الاستقبال بمستوى الذي يليق بالشركة ويؤدي إلى إرضاء العميل.

Key functons and accountabilities of this role include;

- To plan and carry out direct sales and marketing activities to major accounts.

About the Job:

We are looking to recruit an Electrical Technician - Power Generation Equipment to join our FAMCO team in Oman.Key functors and accountabilities of this role include- Development of service packages and markets these effectively to end users thereby generating additional work for the workshop and incremental parts sales as well.
- Establish the rate cards for service packages (contracts) and provides these to the T&B team when required.
- Developing and maintaining vehicle rolling stock in coordination with the Parts sales team.
