About the Job:

We are currently looking to recruit an Art Director to Join our Creative team, to be responsible for devising original creative concepts for both existing accounts and pitches. The successful candidate will work with copywriting resource where appropriate to ensure approved copy is accurately translated into Mac visuals and artwork.
This role will involve the following responsibilities :

- Create appropriate concepts, either working alone or with a copywriter, Group head or Creative partner.
- On approval of concept by account team and client, take the job to an appropriate level of finish for each consecutive next stage.
- Take responsibility for overseeing and quality control of amends in light of clients' comments.
- Liaise with creative services to produce visuals as required.
- Source stock shots or original photography.
- Oversee photographic shoots, TVC shoots and have a working knowledge of cinematography and post production.
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant internal and external contacts.
- Attend briefing sessions and discuss Bran Footprint, Selling strategy and purpose of the brief with the Account Director or appropriate member of the account team.

• Data posting to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures.
• Prepares & review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes correcting entries.
• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
• Follow up regularly on A/R, make a good management for the A/P and secure a healthy and positive cash flow situation
• Responsible for administrative & HR tasks (Employees files, Insurance, NSSF)
• Prepares and complete monthly close procedures
• Follow on company fixed assets & amortization
• Prepares financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
• Analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
• Prepares monthly account reconciliations
• Comply with Procurement policy, Schedule of Authority and signatory authority limits.
• Provides technical support to internal & external auditors and governmental auditors.
• Prepares and review detailed budgets, expenditure and any variations from budgets.
• Prepares varied taxation reports throughout the year related to the Ministry of Finance (Direct Taxes, VAT & Employees taxes) and the NSSF (quarterly and yearly reports)
• Responsible for closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit, and prepare year end reports for the Ministry of finance
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.
