Perform a variety of skilled and semiskilled tasks pertaining to the installation, maintenance, repair and service of the electrical/electronic equipment, instruments and structures used within the plant; and provide technical staff support to plant operations.

Job Summary
- Perform maintenance and repair duties for the production lines and related facilities.
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and service plant machinery and equipment including, but not limited to, pumps, valves, motors, compressors, boiler and computerized control systems; rebuild and overhaul pumps, pneumatic control systems and blower units; inspect and calibrate gauges and meters; inspect and test air quality analyzers; perform or make recommendations regarding a wide variety of maintenance and repair projects.
- Perform corrective electrical/ electriconic maintenance by troubleshooting the cause of malfunctions using visual inspection and precision measuring and testing instruments and replacing or repairing broken parts.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance checks and servicing on equipment by implementing maintenance schedules.
- Monitor supplies and help maintain appropriate inventories of spare parts and materials; assist with estimating quantities of spare parts materials and supplies needed and placing orders.
- Rebuild equipment as needed; disassemble and clean items; order replacement parts and repair mechanical or electrical malfunctions; reassemble and test items.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools used in the performance of assigned duties.
- Fabricate parts and equipment as needed such as mounts, brackets and shields; operate welding and cutting equipment.
- Perform general plumbing, electrical and carpentry duties as required.
- Prepare reports, forms, correspondence and related documentation regarding assigned operations in a complete, accurate and timely manner.

Cost accountant Job

1. Provides monthly rolling forecasts of each major contract’s financial performance (P&L, working capital, cash flow).

Manager Management Reporting Job

Purpose of the job
• Provide the quarterly and annual budgeting reports for the comany as per agreed deadlines and standards.
• Manage day to day analyses and management reporting for the company. Maintain effective contact with the finance & business teams and provide the information to the Management for informed decision making.
Key Accountabilities
1. Budget
Coordinate and provide timely and accurate annual budgets as well as the periodic changes to the budget including owning all finance processes, guiding profitability and partnering in decision making to service the business for optimum performance.

2. Reporting
• Coordinate and analyze the preparation of monthly consolidated management reports in coordination with all disciplines resulting in high quality reporting on trends and issues.
• Plan and manage the periodical formal business reporting processes, for e.g. annual budget, monthly management reports, YLV, BBS and BBPs.

3. Performance measurement
Develop and maintain a coherent, valid and reliable framework for performance measurement.

4. Decision support
Understand and apply techniques used to support business decision making e.g. ABC, value creation, discounted cash flow, pay back period, opportunity costing.

5. Data bank development
Ensure the availability of accurate, timely and relevant data and link this back to business objectives.

6. Financial analysis
Prepare financial analysis on investment opportunities and suggest improvements to the business processes.

7. Team support
Represent Finance in designated teams, provide the support required and work in project teams with other disciplines, and obtain others’ commitment and support for improvement on the processes.

8. Communications
Maintain effective communication with the finance and business teams and provide adequate support on procedures and standards. Communicate with line management and others effectively and efficiently and show leadership in the area of work.

HR Specialist Job

Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are planned, organized and aligned to manpower forecast plans/budgets as well as being in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Recruitment activities - advertising, liaising with recruitment agencies, short-listing CVs, managing applications, arranging and conducting interviews, negotiating offers and conducting employee back ground verification checks

• Provide HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining legalities, procedures and policies in a timely effective manner to aid problem solving and decision making.
• Implementing HR Procedures and ensuring their conformity with the Labour Laws.
