The NOC Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for network monitoring, and receiving and resolving network fault notices from customers. A key part of the role will be trouble-shooting and ensuring that all faults are resolved within the agreed upon SLA.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

1. Monitoring of network through Fiber monitoring system or any other network element manager system
2. Initial trouble shooting of faults through available systems
3. Logging faults in the fault database and issue trouble ticket to the concerned party
4. Ensure TT are prioritized according to severity
5. Monitor progress of fault resolution
6. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
7. SLA monitoring for both customers & contractors
8. Close TT once the fault has been resolved & capture all related details
9. Manage Mean Down Time according to the Q.NBN outage window
10. Focal point of contact with SP NOC or other customer for the receipt of customer TT
11. Redirect problems to appropriate resource (i.e. to level 2 & 3 when needed)

Sales Performance Manager Job

Business Sales performance report:
- Manage the analysts in charge of monitoring the performance of the 4 Business Sales segments (SME Direct, SME Indirect, KEY/LE, GOV) on a weekly basis using the existing reporting tools (Business Sales dashboard, Finance reports…)
- Support the analysts in charge of updating the weekly Business Sales performance report and present it to the Business Sales SVP and segment directors (~40 slides)
- Support the analysts in charge of updating the monthly Business Sales performance report once monthly billed revenue numbers are released by Finance and present it to the Business Sales SVP and segment directors

Business Sales dashboard:
- Ensure required inputs (Account ownership, Hierarchy and Quotas) are correctly updated in the Dashboard on a monthly basis
- Ensure a constant monitoring of the Business Sales dashboard (including order, activation and revenue numbers)
- Escalate any issue identified in the dashboard to IT / Business Sales support and follow-up until issue is closed
- Support IT and Technical Marketing for the implementation of new reporting tools
- Propose new KPI / analysis to be included in the Business Sales dashboard
- Be the Business Sales SPOC for any dashboard related issues

Business Sales commission:
- Ensure the commissions are calculated and paid correctly to Business Sales employees (in liaison with Technical Marketing)
- Ensure a constant monitoring of the OIC system (Oracle Incentive Commission)
- Escalate any issue identified in the OIC system to IT / Business Sales support and follow-up until issue is closed
- Be the Business Sales SPOC for any commission related issues / commission claim

Ad-Hoc requests:
- Lead his team to generate ad-hoc analysis as per Business Sales SVP requests (using the Business Sales dashboard as a primary source or requesting raw data to IT / Technical Marketing)
- Lead investigation in case of discrepancy in the reporting tools (fraud cases, gap analysis between the different reporting sources, etc…)
