About the Job:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the checking and binning of parts and/or the picking and delivery of parts. uJob duties/uThe main duties of your role will include:
- Receive the incoming goods, unpack, check and place the parts in the respective bin location as per the binning list provided
- Inform the Store Keeper for any short receipts and damaged parts received in the shipments
- Perform regular stock count as per the list provided
- Pick the parts as per the picking list, check and issue to the customers in the parts counter & workshop technicians.
- Pack the goods when required
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the warehouse area assigned

About the job:

As a Bodyshop Foreman you will be responsible to manage the bodyshop section productives in the efficient repair of accident damaged vehicles through all stages of the repair, to ensure that section repair times are adhered with stringent quality controls at each repair stage. Manage the utilisation of bodyshop consumables, paint and equipment.Produce daily productivity and utilisation reports, ensure that housekeeping is maintained to the Toyota 5S principle.

- Ensure that all work areas comply to 5s (sifting, sorting, sweeping, spick and span and safety)at all times to ensure a clean and tidy environment for all staff and customers.
- Ensure all vehicles are repaired right first time and achieve a FIR ratio of 95
- Ensure total productivity is at least 130
- To achieve a minimum average CSI score of 83
- Ensure safe, efficient and proper use of tools, equipment and paint & materials in order to reduce direct costs.
- Ensure that each and every job is carried out as per instructions on service order, estimate and per company policy & procedure.
- Strictly adhere to TPS SOP at all times
- To plan, organize and control the flow of body workshop work through the Team Leaders in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs.

About the Job:

We are currently looking to recruit a Transport Supervisor to work from our Jebel Ali based operations. Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, you role will be to ensure overall operational supervision of the transport team and its resources with the aim of achieving on-time, safe and efficient deliveries of cargo transported locally (via road) to key internal and external clients.
Your main duties will include the following:

- Supervise the operations of Local Transport, which includes:

- Container movements

World Class-A commercial vehicles manufacturer, looking to fill some positions at its distributor in Iraq .

Summary
The main responsibility of this role is to provide professional HR service and support to managers and employees throughout the business. Organisational skills are essential as many activities are deadline driven. Focusing on communication with internal and external parties, whilst conveying a positive Scania brand image, is the key to fulfilling this role efficiently.
Essential Duties and Role Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
 Drive and develop the HR-function in providing a professional and customer focused HR service/support to managers and staff
 Establishing and operating company HR-processes within the organisation; Employer Branding, Recruitment, Remuneration, Competence Development, Management Planning and Supportive processes
 Focusing on attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining qualified and dedicated people in a systematic way in order to create continuity and quality in personnel management
 Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR toolkit and methods which assists managers in providing leadership and management to their staff
 Prepare a wide range of HR documentation including job offers, contracts, disciplinary warning letters & dismissal letters, references and other documents as required
 Coordinate and perform employee surveys within the organization and support managers with converting the report into change and development action list
 Ensure processes which create a strong Employer branding are developed, implemented and maintained to support the Scania brand and increase awareness amongst groups of potential employees
 Monitor developments in legislation, identify Human Resources good practise and initiate proposals for continuous improvements
 Continuously review employment policies and procedures
 Drive and support usage of e-HR tools
 Together with the HR-Manager drive initiatives to ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
 Work according to and in compliance with the Business units steering documents, e.g. Business plan, Market plan and Competence supply.
