Do you have AI Development experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Basra? NES Fircroft is helping a respected company recruit an Artificial Intelligence Expert for a 12-month initial contract, and the role comes with an attractive hourly rate.
As an AI Expert, you will build data ingestion and data transformation infrastructure and uncover new insights by analysing large or highly variable data sets. You will also build AI models from scratch and help product managers, stakeholders, and other individuals in explaining the results gained from the model.
During your first week in this Artificial Intelligence Expert role, you can expect to take on some of the following:
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to deployment
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and ensure alignment with business goals
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, and evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies and platforms to enhance AI capabilities
- Provide technical guidance and support on algorithm development, model training, and deployment

- Proven experience leading AI or machine learning teams/projects
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
