Description
● Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
● Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning.
● Oversee HR administration tasks such as employee record management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
● Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
● Manage HR policies, HR budget, org charts, and salary scales and continuously update it based on labor law, market trends, and needs.
● Manage and enhance HR related workflow such as onboarding, training, end of service, etc.
● Develop initiatives that boost employee morale, satisfaction, and commitment.
● Manage HR systems and software.
● Establish key HR metrics and regular reporting for leadership.
Mentor, coach, and develop the HR team.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in business related (preferably HR)
● Over 6 years of experience in HR operations
● Ability to think critically and analytically to maintain and follow HR strategies and ensure it is aligned with organizational goals.

● Willingness to embrace new ideas, technologies, and methodologies to improve HR processes.
