Description
The Card Production and Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders for wallet cards. They are responsible for various tasks ranging from printing customer names on cards to managing stock availability and coordinating with delivery companies to ensure timely delivery to customers. Attention to detail, organization, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
Printing the customer’s name on the cards based on the received orders. Adding the cards and customers' information on the Google sheet. Wallet card stock availability on a daily basis. Provide accurate, valid, and complete Wallet Card information by using the right methods and tools. Follow up with the Delivery company and assign any delays or issues promptly to ensure timely delivery to customers. Handling the delivery issues and having a process in place to investigate and resolve these issues with the delivery company and customers. Ensuring accurate input of customer information and order details. Packaging the finished orders to ensure consistency and protect cards during transit.

A bachelor’s degree in business management or a relevant field is a must, prefer a fresh graduate degree.
Experience:
Good knowledge of the banking/financial services sector. Good Knowledge in Costumer Care Services. Good in the English language. Knowledge in MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Accuracy and attention to detail.
