Description



The Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. They conduct ongoing monitoring, risk assessments, and internal audits to identify areas of non-compliance and mitigate regulatory risks. Additionally, they provide guidance and training to employees, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities.

Requirements



Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance or regulatory risks. Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and communicate any changes or updates to the management team and relevant stakeholders. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of regulatory obligations and internal policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk Management, and Operations, to ensure a consistent approach to compliance across the organization. Conduct periodic internal audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the compliance program and identify areas for improvement. Investigate and address any reported compliance violations, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate corrective actions are taken. Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external auditors, acting as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries or audits. Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

Minimum 2-3 Of experience in compliance field A strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is essential. This includes knowledge of financial regulations, data privacy laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, and other relevant compliance frameworks. strong analytical skills to assess complex regulatory requirements, identify potential compliance risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.* Attention to detail is crucial to ensure that all aspects of compliance are addressed effectively.
