CNN International, the world’s news leader, provides awarding winning content across multiple platforms to upscale global citizens. The Advertising Sales team is a dynamic group responsible for driving global revenue on all CNN platforms.
The sales operation team partners the Adsales team by ensuring all advertising spots with leading global brands, offering them the opportunity to be associated with premium content and reach their audience via extensive distribution channels.
An opportunity now exists to join the team as an Account Coordinator based in our Abu Dhabi office.


Principle Responsibility:
Book and confirm normal orders within established deadlines and past-deadline orders in time for air.
Analyse and accurately implement copy instructions and orders for multiple advertisers representing multi-million dollar amounts.
Co-ordinate the transfer of commercials between offices.
Partner with Ad Sales to resolve/makegood units that did not air so as to get the money on the books.
Maintain accurate files both physical and electronic.
Train new Sales staff on Operational administrative processes and procedures.
Provide some out of hours support.

المهارات

The Role Requires:

Knowledge of broadcast sales and network processes/systems preferred.
Commercial copy experience preferred. Expertise with Microsoft Office products is a must.
Must be detailed-oriented, have excellent organisational skills, and be able to prioritise and multi-task.
Strong analytical problem solving skills are a must.
Able to handle complex and high-volume workload.
Must be a team player but self motivated and disciplined to work alone
Must have excellent customer service skills
