1-Act as deputy Pharma Sales Manager by staying updated on all daily sales activities.
2-Assist the Pharma Sales Manager in developing the annual budget for the Pharma Sales Department.
3-Monitor the performance of the different Pharma sales teams and provide support and coaching to sales supervisors, assistant sales supervisors and sales representatives.
4-Analyze the overall calling effectiveness of the Pharma sales force and put forward recommendations for sales improvement.
5-Proactively inspect sales activity and effort among the sales teams .
6-Increase market share of the products being sold and suggest new ways of doing business.
7-Review the sales reports submitted by the Pharma Sales Supervisors and assist the Pharma Sales Manager in the sales analysis.
8-Conduct market surveys in order to ensure that customers satisfaction is fully achieved.
9-Develop business and identify new opportunities for growth.
