The Boutique Supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring all activities in the retail outlet whilst providing leadership towards the achievement of sales targets, maximum profitability and growth in line with principal/customer/sales team satisfaction and company vision and values.

Key responsibilities:

* Regularly updates the sales team on the new product launches and brand advertisement campaign
* Coordinates with the internal/external auditors on the stock auditing activities
* Solves regular and complex excalated problems within prescribed guidelines
* Inducts and trains newly recruited sales associates
* Analyzes stock movement trends and provides reports on
fast moving items and slow moving/non moving items with appropriate action plan
* Working with the boutique manger, takes creative approaches in developing existing and new business plans and sales strategies.
* Ensures stock handling and security procedures are followed

المهارات

* Min. 2-3 years experience at supervisory level
* Prior experience in LUXURY brand i.e. fashion, jewelries etc.
* Fluent in both ENGLISH and ARABIC languages
* Knowedgeable in MS Office
* Well-presented and able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
