    Accountabilities:

    •Develop Understanding of category to determine gaps and opportunities.
    •Set Brand objectives and strategies.
    •Develop & execute Brand plans to achieve short terms & Long term Brands objectives (Market share, volumes, consumer regards)
    •Prepare Brand spend plans & monitor/Analyze it to ensure Efficiency and Brand profits.
    •Establishes consumer insights and aligns brand objectives and image accordingly.
    •Develop Advertising, promotion campaigns with agencies.
    •Coordinate with Sales and other functions for Plans alignment
    •Learn and Implement Global best practices
    •Supervise and develop his team to fulfill business requirement.
    •Develop an operating plan (AOP) in his brand.
    •Co-own with R&D product innovation and development.

    •Brand profits margin.
    •Promotion execution.
    •Brand image KPI.
    •Brand Share.
    •Brand Volume.
