Provide efficient service to Employees & customers as per Company standards.

Ensure all dirty dishes received are properly cleaned & stacked.

Ensure all waste is collected from within restaurant & disposed of in the correct manner.

Check standards of sanitary facilities at regular intervals of trading, & clean as per schedule/as needed.

Store & use all cleaning chemicals/materials in accordance with recommended manufacturer safety standards/dilution ratios, etc.
