•Manage research and feasibility studies related to new business opportunities, including new market expansion and new services.

•Responsible for all related issues to establish new services and hire necessary team as per management approvals.

•Direct the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with Company Vision and Values.

•Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned area.

•Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales Executives.

•Advising the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance and their time management.

•Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycles.

•Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations.

•Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts, collections and reports.

•Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data.

•Develop and promote new products and services as they are made available.

•Supervise the collection efforts of Sales Executives.
