الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for generating quality leads for recruitments, identify potential clients and develop new accounts. Negotiating with clients on commercial terms.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities;
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Build up and maintain good client relationships and to monitor such relationships following contract completions;
• Conduct daily/regular monitoring or clients visits to ensure quality customer standards are maintained and company policies and procedures are adhered to closely;
• Coordinate and maintains close linkages to clients top-level management to ensure continuing and progressive business relationships;
• Ensure that optimum level of client satisfaction are maintained through implementation of on-time and quality delivery of services;
• Performs other related duties as may be required by Superiors.

Pleasing Personality
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills;
Five years relevant sales, business development experience from recruitment/manpower/consultancy industry;
A proven track record of successfully maintaining and developing business relationships;
Demonstrated skills in the areas of sales management, marketing management, business development, negotiating and customer service management
Proven ability to work well within a sales team
