الوصف الوظيفي
A leading fashion company in Doha - Qatar is in need of a "Boutique Manager" to oversee the entire operations of the boutiques/stores.
Job Purpose:
To oversee the total operations of the boutiques ranging from visual merchandising, sales, customer service and procurement to other day‐to‐day administrative functions, in order to ensure the effective functioning of the shop, achieve business goals and enhance company’s image in the
market.
المهارات
- University degree / diploma in any stream.
- 3 ‐5 years proven ability to motivate a store sales force
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Positive, professional, energetic and entrepreneurial attitude
- Passion for product knowledge, customer service and selling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills are necessary
- Systems knowledge of MS Office a plus
- Fluent in oral and written English; Arabic is an advantage
