The role:

Responsible for the business consultancy arm of the Internal Audit Department, assisted by team members and reporting to the head of Internal Audit, responsibilities include:
• Business process management
• Management support (Organizational design, Performance management, System implementation, Business continuity planning, business planning, due diligence…etc.)
• Policies and procedures development
• Risk management

Requirements:
The ideal candidate would be:
• 8 to 10 years experience in consultancy
• Experience gained in a Big 4 environment in consultancy/Advisory services or a reputable multinational or conglomerate.
• Bachelor degree. An MBA from a reputable university is a plus
• Have delivered similar services with proven track records.
• Strong consultancy business acumen
• Leadership qualities
• Outstanding inter-personal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
