الوصف الوظيفي

-Participates in the creation and execution of production plans, and test methods.
-Schedules of work flow to finish work orders, optimising working hours and reduce unnecessary over-resources, and set the action plan for his section.
-Manages his section to ensure timely program deliverables.
-Utilizes design for manufacturing methodologies while working with the other teams' leaders and suppliers.
-Provides guidance to his subordinates.
-Communicates with quality department to apply quality KPIs on the products.
-Assure proper working environment for his subordinates.
- Evaluates process and materials feasibility studies, write periodic reports on the condition of equipments and machines, Follow up with maintenance team for periodic plans to rise up total efficiency of utilities.
-safety standards, and guiding team members during normal work and in case of emergency.
-Applies proper Human Factors Engineering/Ergonomics.
-Manages and follow up with night shift team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
