About the Job:

In this role you will be responsible for:


- Assisting Range & Logistics Manager in planning, coordinating and implementing various projects

- Monitoring stock level and highlighting areas of concern to the Range & Logistics Manager

- Gathering information on the new articles being introduced in IKEA' range

- Updating Navision operating system based on inputs from Range & Logistics Manager

- Preparation of reports on sales trends analysis for certain periods / events

- Generation of margin analysis' reports and highlighting slow moving articles

- Assisting Stock Controllers in monitoring of the stock, ordering and highlighting the problems

About You:

To be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Minimum 2 years experience retail experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages

- Experience in stock controlling, ordering, tracking and MIS reporting

- Experience in SAP or Navision Operating System would be an advantage
